Have you ever taken the time to watch a full sunset from beginning to end? If you have you will know that as the sun slowly descends the colours in the sky change, gradually becoming more rich and vibrant with each passing minute. 

 

Life is full of change; not many things stay constant. In my opinion, change is one of the most beautiful aspects of life. You are never going to live the same moment twice. You have to ability to be a better person today than you were yesterday...

 

Although it can sometimes be extremely hard, we need to learn to embrace change so that we can live out the most vibrant version of our life. You would never want to pause a sunset at its earliest stage simply because you like the way the colours were at that very moment - especially if you knew that the most glorious colours were still to come. The most beautiful part of watching a sunset is in watching the colours change. Some changes in life can be very difficult, sometimes downright scary, but if you spend your time fearfully trying to pause your life, who knows what you could be missing out on?! Try to treat life the same way as a sunset and experience all of life's beautiful colours to the fullest.
